1. Company, goods and services
Dune Clothing (Pty) Ltd, Registration number 2012/223247/07 is a South African company that design and manufacture high quality, technical and comfortable outdoor leisure wear/clothing from natural as well as synthetic fabrics and market and supply these products/garments to retailers, clubs, organisations and corporate companies.
Standard terms and conditions will apply at all times.
2. Trade marks & Intellectual Property Rights
The brand name “ DuneSeven “ as it reflects on all our merchandise has been registered as a trade mark by Dune Clothing Pty ltd.
No person may use, copy or amend any source code of the website, images, videos, information, logos, icons, trademarks or databases (the “Property protection”) from the website or any other form of advertising without the prior written consent of Dune Clothing Pty Ltd. This includes, but is not limited to copying any style or design.
Delivery dates are estimates and can vary depending on availability, factory line-up and production process as manufacturing is done per order .
Delivery will be done via courier or company direct depending on location. Delivery fees will be indicated separately on all quotations and invoices where applicable. Should you opt not to pay the delivery fee items can be collected from 4 Thorn street, Weltevreden Park 1709 )
After final settlement / payment has been made and the goods purchased leave our factory premises and whilst in transit by courier, ownership of the goods are transferred to the buyer/client and therefore the buyer /client carry the risk and should insure accordingly .
4. Payment & Pricing
A 65 % deposit on all orders required.
The balance of the invoice is to be settled in full by the customer on completion of order. These goods remain
the property of Dune Clothing (Pty) Ltd until full settlement has been received and EFT payments reflect on our bank statement or have been released by your bank and cheque payments will require 7 to 10 working days to clear.
Retailers to contact Dune Clothing (Pty) Ltd to obtain catalogues and price lists.
Suggested re-sellers mark-up on our price lists serves as a guide- line to all retailers.
Clubs, organisations, corporates and Lodges to contact Dune Clothing (Pty) Ltd direct for special rates and prices depending on specific needs and quantities.
Own logo or branding embroidery costs are excluded in the normal price structure and will added to the price as per quote and invoice unless indicated as “sponsored“ by Dune Clothing Pty ltd .
Payment options accepted are direct cash or cheques payments into Dune Clothing (Pty) Ltd bank account, electronic bank or internet transfers (EFT’s).
Use the allocated order / invoice number as the reference for all payments.
Currency on all quotations, order confirmations, invoices and prices indicated on our web-page and catalogues are always in South African Rand (ZAR).
For all export orders the price quoted is based on the current Rand / US Dollar rate which may vary and thus be amended and finalized on delivery date and invoice.
Prices are subject to change and will be confirmed when placing an order and will reflect as such on order confirmation and invoice.
Orders will only commence on receipt of a signed official Dune Clothing (Pty) Ltd order confirmation and proof of 65% deposit payment has been received.
Orders will be deemed irrevocable once production has started as manufacturing is done per specific order.
Quotations are valid for fourteen (14) days unless otherwise stated.
Lead times and estimated delivery dates will be determined and stated on the order confirmation but may vary depending on availability and manufacturing process.
Minimum order quantities apply .
Clubs, corporates, organisations and Lodges to supply artwork for own logos and branding and will be quoted additional accordingly . All artwork has to be approved by the client.
6. Returns & Replacements
Items to be returned must be unused and in the original packaging together with a valid invoice.

7. Product Guarantee
Dune Clothing will guarantee all items sold by us to give reasonable wear and tear.
Please note that our 100 % cotton items are subject to fading and shrinkage and should be washed before any alterations are made. Additional volume has been added on all garments to cater for shrinkage and to ensure correct sizing.
Please adhere strictly to all washing instructions provided with each garment as certain materials could be damaged or suffer colour loss due to certain detergents or non-adherence.
All claims must be lodged in writing to Dune Clothing.
By signing and returning the Dune Clothing Pty Ltd “ORDER CONFIRMATION” form u accept our terms and conditions.
Lifestyle Online shop (Additional)
Any order is subject to an item not being sold out, in which event the system will not allow u to place the item in your shopping basket.
The purchase shall be complete only when the payment has been processed fully and Dune Clothing or relevant Third Party Seller has received the money. If payment fails for any reason, the purchase shall not be successful.
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) inclusive of VAT.
Cooling off Period (Cancellation Policy)
A cooling off period applies to all purchases prior to the order being dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched the shipping and handling cost will not be refunded.
Purchased items will be delivered within 2 to 7 working days after successful receipt of payment.
Actual shipping times may vary slightly.
Delivery will be made to South African street addresses only.
An order is considered complete as soon as it is handed to an individual at your specified delivery address.
Any query relating to the order must be advised to Dune Clothing and relevant Third Party Seller within 24 hours after receipt of the purchased goods.
In the event of goods being lost in transit, Dune Clothing(If DuneSeven item) or relevant Third Party Seller has the option to either replace the missing goods or refund the customer.
Refunds will be in the form of credit card or EFT.
Refunds take 1 to 5 working days to process after receipt of goods by Dune Clothing or relevant Third Party Seller.
The goods will only be accepted, for whatever reason, if returned within 5 days of receipt by the purchaser.
The goods must be in their original condition, unworn and with labelling and swing tags intact.
Items given away in competitions or for marketing purposes may not be exchanged for other items or refunds.
Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Dune Clothing(DuneSeven) reserves the right to limit or discontinue the functionality of the online shop for whatever reason.
Whilst we strive to be online continuously, we cannot exclude cases in which the webpage may be unavailable. This may also result in data loss.
Dune Clothing(DuneSeven) cannot be held liable for cross-browser incompatibilities that cause checkout or payment failures.
Termination/Cancellation of orders
Dune Clothing(DuneSeven) reserves the right to cancel or refuse to fulfil any order it suspects of being fraudulent.
All credit card transactions on the site are protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption and reinforced by various encryption processes with the aim of offering most effective possible protection of any sensitive information.
Dune Clothing(DuneSeven) has no access to any confidential information regarding your payment method. Only the banking partner of Dune Clothing will have access to confidential information such as your credit card number, expiry date, CW etc.
Sellers/Advertisers (Lifestyle Shop additional)
* DuneSeven is the administrator of the online shop
* South African sellers/advertisers only.
* PAYMENTS will be paid via EFT to each Seller’s own bank account daily as soon as Payfast releases the payment which is after two days for Credit card payments and immediately with EFT payments, which is also a payment method for shoppers directly from the online shop.
Payments made to Seller are done as follows:
Value of item sold - (less/minus) DuneSeven Commission – (less/minus) Payfast administration fee/commission.
* An auto e-mail will be sent to the purchaser as a notification and proof of the transaction.
*Each Seller is responsible for own courier, preferably The Courier Guy for better rates.
*DuneSeven’s T&C’c and return policies(Online Shop) must be adopted and applied for all sales generated on the DuneSeven Lifestyle Shop by all Seller’s/Advertisers. T&C’s attached and also available on the webpage www.duneseven.co.za
*No returns are to be done to DuneSeven, returns are to be done to the Seller responsible.
Seller’s are to inform DuneSeven in writing with proof of any refunds done to purchsers for commission refunds(3,9% administrational fee to Payfast not refundable)
*DuneSeven reserves the right to terminate any Seller/Advertiser’s account when-ever they deem necessary.
*DuneSeven will advertise and promote the Selling/Advertising platform .
*Seller’s/Advertiser’s can also join and advertise their products on the DuneSeven Lifestyle group on Facebook at no additional cost.
Seller’s/Advertiser’s will be informed of events and outdoor shows where DuneSeven will be exhibiting and Seller’s/Advertiser’s can share the exhibitor stand with DuneSeven at a shared cost of the stand.
