  Any order is subject to an item not being sold out, in which event  the system will not allow u to place the item in your shopping basket.

 The purchase shall be complete only when the payment has been processed fully and Dune Clothing or relevant Third Party Seller has received the  money. If payment fails for any reason, the purchase shall not be successful.

 All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) inclusive of VAT.

 Cooling off Period (Cancellation Policy)

 A cooling off period applies to all purchases prior to the order being dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched the shipping and handling cost will  not be refunded.

 Delivery

 Purchased items will be delivered within 2 to 7 working days after successful receipt of payment.

 Actual shipping times may vary slightly.

 Delivery will be made to South African street addresses only.

 An order is considered complete as soon as it is handed to an individual at your specified delivery address.

 Any query relating to the order must be advised to Dune Clothing and relevant Third Party Seller within 24 hours after receipt of the purchased goods.

 In the event of goods being lost in transit, Dune Clothing(If DuneSeven item) or relevant Third Party Seller has the option to either replace the missing  goods or refund the customer.

 Refunds   

 Refunds will be in the form of credit card or EFT.

 Refunds take 1 to 5 working days to process after receipt of goods by Dune Clothing or relevant Third Party Seller.

 The goods will only be accepted, for whatever reason, if returned within 5 days of receipt by the purchaser.

 The goods must be in their original condition, unworn and with labelling and swing tags intact.

 Items given away in competitions or for marketing purposes may not be exchanged for other items or refunds.

 Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

 Service disruption 

 Dune Clothing(DuneSeven)  reserves the right to limit or discontinue the functionality of the online shop for whatever reason.

 Whilst we strive to be online continuously, we cannot exclude cases in which the webpage may be unavailable. This may also result in data loss.

 Dune Clothing(DuneSeven) cannot be held liable for cross-browser incompatibilities that cause checkout or payment failures.

 Termination/Cancellation of orders

 Dune Clothing(DuneSeven)  reserves the right to cancel or refuse to fulfil any order it suspects of being fraudulent.

 Payment Security

 All credit card transactions on the site are protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption and reinforced by various encryption processes with the  aim of offering most effective possible protection of any sensitive information.

 Dune Clothing(DuneSeven)  has no access to any confidential information regarding your payment method. Only the banking partner of Dune Clothing will  have access to confidential information such as your credit card number, expiry date, CW etc.

 Sellers/Advertisers (Lifestyle Shop additional)

 * DuneSeven is the administrator of the online shop

 * South African sellers/advertisers only.

 *Sellers/Advertisers & products to be approved first by DuneSeven. Seller/Advertiser to mail Company name, a short company profile including copy of  company registration number, VAT number and proposed products (High resolution pictures & description), prices (excluding & including VAT or one final  price if not VAT registered), initial and thereafter regular stock available figures to be amended as well as courier rates to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. for  approval. Once approved the Seller/Advertiser’s profile and products will be loaded and made available to the public on the DuneSeven Lifestyle shop.

 * PAYMENTS will be paid via EFT to each Seller’s own bank account daily as soon as Payfast releases the payment which is after two days for Credit  card payments and immediately with EFT payments, which is also a payment method for shoppers directly from the online shop.

 Payments made to Seller are done as follows:

 Value of item sold - (less/minus) DuneSeven Commision – (less/minus) Payfast administration fee/commission. 

 An auto mail notification will be sent with each transaction/payment. Seller’s will have to provide banking details to be loaded on the DuneSeven Seller’s  system.  * An auto e-mail will be sent to the purchaser as a notification and proof of the transaction.

 * DELIVERY The Seller will engage directly with the purchaser via e-mail with a personal “Thank U for shopping at the DuneSeven Lifestyle Shop &  Seller’s  own name”(COMPULSERY) to organise and ensure delivery & tracking number etc.  DuneSeven HAS to be CC’d in the mail reflecting the  Tracking number thus confirming the delivery process and proof so that DuneSeven can release payment to the Seller.  *Each Seller is responsible for own courier, preferably The Courier Guy for better rates.

 *DuneSeven’s T&C’c and return policies(Online Shop) must be adopted and applied for all sales generated on the DuneSeven Lifestyle Shop by all  Seller’s/Advertisers. T&C’s attached and also available on the webpage www.duneseven.co.za 

 *No returns are to be done to DuneSeven, returns are to be done to the Seller responsible.

 Seller’s are to inform DuneSeven in writing with proof of any refunds done to purchsers for commission refunds(3,9% administrational fee to Payfast not  refundable)

 *DuneSeven will not be liable for any issues regarding damaged products/items purchased, non-delivery, wrongful delivered products/items, loss of  product/items due to courier or any other related issues between any Third Party Seller/Advertiser and customer/Purchaser. Such issue is between the  specific Third Party Seller/Advertiser and the Customer where the product/item/service has been purchased/serviced used/rented and to be resolved  between the two Parties.  The Customer can report an issue to DuneSeven management in writing to This email address is being protected from spambots.  *DuneSeven reserves the right to terminate any Seller/Advertiser’s account when-ever they deem necessary.

 *DuneSeven will advertise and promote the Selling/Advertising platform .

 *Seller’s/Advertiser’s can also join and advertise their products on the DuneSeven Lifestyle group on Facebook at no additional cost.

 Seller’s/Advertiser’s will be informed of events and outdoor shows where DuneSeven will be exhibiting and Seller’s/Advertiser’s  can share the exhibitor    stand with DuneSeven at a shared cost of the stand.
